Cross Training with Indoor Cycling at MacQueens

Hi All,
Indoor cycling is up and running at MacQueens once again. Indoor cycling provides excellent cross-training for runners of all abilities, lots of cardio and strength without the pounding. There are classes early morning, noon, evening and weekends. The new look studio offers amazing NEW bikes (17) with power, heart rate and cadence, more fans, more technology and lots of FUN. For those who like to work very hard and collect data, the High Intensity Training Tuesday (HIT) evening group are given polar monitors, for the season, that have blue tooth capabilities. Individuals heart rates are projected on the screen for easy monitoring and each person will receive by email, a profile of their workout. It will be very easy to track ones progress and plan accordingly.Let us help you reach your training goals

We are once again offering in 6 week blocks, our 4:30 Friday Happy Hour class designed for runners. First session runs Nov. 15 - Dec. 20.
