Freebies are sometimes posted on this board. Please be aware that a freebie can only be claimed up to one week after it was posted.
Freebies are often granted to "all active characters". A character is considered active if it has made an IC post within the last 2 weeks. Posts made after the freebie was posted do not count.

one post can count for more than one square, so if you use the word 'waif' (i fricking love that word) in a post in the castle then you can claim for the castle square (top left) and the waif square (middle left).
you have until the end of this month (nov 30th at midnight gmt) to try and complete the grid.
if you complete one line (diagonal, horizontal or vertical), you may claim 150$
if you complete two lines (diagonal, horizontal or vertical), you may claim an additional 150$
if you complete the grid, you may claim +45 points to divide amongst your characters as you will.
