Subject: Fl Bar ruling on former pension attorney P. Gonyea
Attached is the final ruling of the Florida Bar Committee in South Florida, of the inquiry/complaint that I filed on Attorney Patrick H. Gonyea.
This will be kept on record for 1 year from the date of the final ruling ( December 18, 2014 )
I can pursue Legal Means , if I so choose. In my opinion it is not worth one cent to spend on this guy. He has cost approx. 400 deceased retirees their earned due in the Parker Law Suit. hopefully after the Parker Law Suit is settled it will be the last we see of him.
The Florida Bar Members, from Tallahassee to South Florida , involved in this issue were very much available to me at all times with any questions I might have or any answers they needed. However I do not agree with their final decision but I think they acted in good faith.
