Fr Megson feels also that the boy done well and after a night of tossing and turning and tossing some more has reluctantly agreed to dig deep into his chasuble pockets and award him with a not inconsiderable bonus of 2p per 2 scored. It might have been more but giving up celibacy for Lent has proved ruinous to his emoluments and stretched his stipend to breaking point. Roll on Easter Sunday when he can get back to spiritual matters and put floozies and their expensive tastes on the back burner for another year.
