reactive health Stratford is hosting a FREE running seminar TONIGHT, Monday, May 12th, 2014, hosted by physiotherapist Jackie Ryder.
Topics to be discussed include common running injuries and tricks and tips to prevent them. It will be held at our Stratford clinic location - 252 Stratford Road, from 6:30-7:30pm. Refreshments and snacks provided along with a Q & A period.
