Received the below E-Mail from Retiree Dennis Ribaya.
Our Fire & Police Pension board of Trustees have spent over $100,000.00 on this Court Case which is a vendetta to keep a Retiree( and maybe ALL Retirees) from getting Public Records, Trespassing imposed by past Board Chairman Police Trustee P.J.Gray and only 1( one) Trustee has questioned it (Fire Trustee Mark Bogush ). No one disrupted the meeting as proven by the TAPE RECORDING
Yet ALL Trustees except 2 ( two )Fire Trustees Mark Bogush & Mark McRae, appear to favor NOT spending approx. $1000.00 to update and continue taping the meetings and thus eliminating any doubt as to what is enacted at these meetings and by whom. We will see by their votes at the next meeting who has real economic sense and wishes for the record to be open to the Public, not to mention absent Trustees and Retirees. Talk about penny wise and dollar foolish.
