There was no opinion on the Parker Law Suit Appeal, on the Florida Supreme Court web site yesterday ( Opinions posted every Thursday ).
A phone call to Tallahassee, yesterday, revealed that the Florida Supreme Court Justices will not meet again until after August 28, 2014. Thus nothing will be done until after this date.
The Opt-Outs can hold on to the money they collected from Pension Board till at least then and us " Opt-Ins " won't get any money till after then, if ever.
