Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Question 1: Where did they build Hadrian’s Wall?

If she was flames and fire- then I was ash and ember and smoke. A perfect combination if I do say so myself. She didn’t look all that old, maybe a year older than me and yet to say she didn’t stand out would be an outright lie. Against this slate grey place she looked positively radiant and I suppose that’s what attracted my attention. This was a herb gathering mission, my stores depleted of quite a number of the things Meryl always seemed determined to tell me I should constantly have. So I decided to leave Diveen for a little, my form of grey and silver and dark flecked with those dashes of red that appeared as embers in the dark, a perfect contrast to this girl herself if I do say so. I moved to wander towards her, my form utter perfection in itself, or at least…it would be, once I was grown. For now I was little more than lanky and ungainly then I desired and yet blood runs thick, my movements graceful and lithe all the same as I wandered towards the water and the woman whom stood nearby, staring at it because…maybe she liked her reflection. That’s alright, I like my reflection as well. My tail lifted slightly on approach, not so much dominant as merely polite curiosity, eyes of violet and flame seeking her own in this moment as I moved to pause a few feet from her. She was a stranger after all, a loner, her pelt free of any pack scent whereas my own surely reeked of Diveen and my Mother. I don’t know much about loners, hell, maybe they don’t like pack wolves and as such I kept enough distance that I could easily dodge away from any snaps she might deliver at me, banner waving high all the same. Maybe it was a little bossy of me, a little dominant- but I am a Prince and I suppose I’m used to others, well, treating me like it.

“I haven’t seen you before.”

I haven’t seen a lot of things before, but it seemed a good conversation starter, my form moving to sit them, handsome features inclined toward her as I sat straight and tall, my pristine white underside clear in this moment beneath the ash and smoke and ember of my pelt as I regarded her, offering her a moment to speak in return before that childish curiosity seemed to get away with me once more.

“You’re very….red.”

I suppose it could be taken as a compliment, or an observation, my head tilting slightly in curiosity once more before I moved to suddenly step down and towards the banks of the little stream between the rocks, my mind readily having spotted a little reed within the stream that I needed, teeth dipping into the water to neatly slice it off at the stem. My head shook, flicking the water off of it before placing it neatly at my paws for later on. I had all of one, I was going to have to spend the better part of the day fishing such reeds and weeds from the stream before I had enough. Maybe the red girl would keep me company.

“I have a cousin who looks like you, they say he’s special, Marked by Angels, like I am but more so I guess, my Grandfather thinks he might be magical. I’m not sure. I think he might just be shy, he never speaks much, my cousin.”

That’s easy;
