I fished my best blue gill - crappie spot last wknd at Blackhawk and got skunked. This year has been one one of worst years fishing the lake for me for all species. Last yr not much better . Unfortunately I see a trend. The shad population fuels this lake and I wonder if this could be the root of the problem...
