Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

When they make first contact, he stiffens, but when she draws away he is smiling down at her. For while Iophiel was impressive for a female, Tal himself was even more so for a male, and she constantly found herself admiring him over and over again. And when she speaks of his hardly leaving the Mountain, he comes almost sheepish and glances away from her. A whine drips from her lips as those wonderfully green eyes leave her, for they are warm and hold many things within their depth. At his sing song voice, her dual toned tail waves several times behind herself as a sudden curiosity is bursting forth from within her. He seems to have an affinity with birds, and so her words that follow with her question are only natural to her. "Have you ever been a bird, Taliesin? Have you ever spread your wings and simply soared the heavens?" She wonders truly at this, and also if he might think her crazy for even asking such a thing. Most often, other wolves she came across found her mind unsettling and strange, something they wanted nothing to do with. Iophiel hoped desperately her imprint was not such a soul.

Being her other half, he surely would understand, right? It was what made sense to her in all regards, and so hoped that it would play out that way. His last comment is ringing in the back of her mind though, and it brings more words to her lips as starbursted irises watch him. "I do not wish to be away from you." Iophiel is a rather straight forward and blunt individual, but surely she saw nothing wrong with it. It was a trait inherited very much from her Father, though she did not attest to it. In fact, most times, it made things easier than if she had been one to beat around the bush. Matters were most often taken care of addressed in a well mannered fashion, even if they were straight to the point. There was no need to sugar coat things where sugar was simply not needed. And it is because of this nature of hers that the next words are quickly tumbling and spilling from parted lips. "I wish to see the Mountain and your home, my Taliesin." She truly enjoys the way his name simply rolls off her tongue, so exotic and yet so familiar and comforting to her. The wolf ached to reach out to him again, but from his previous reaction she refrained simply for his own comfort. She had no intention of overstepping anything though she wished feverishly to be closer to him. They were imprints, but that did not mean she could not mess up, after all.

Never in all her life did Iophiel care for what others thought other than when it came to Tal. Even her Father had never phased her with his distaste for her eldest brother, for she knew that much like him, Azrael would not approve of her mind. But her Father did not live upon the Mountain, only her Taliesin and his own family, who even them she was eager to meet. For his family might be her own one day, as the Mountain might call to her to make it her home. Perhaps the wanderlust in her heart had finally settled at last with the once more reunion of her soul and his. She might only know once she was upon the very Mountain herself, beside him where she wanted to be.
