Sorry Gerry I know we're both appreciative of interesting and thought provoking quiz papers and I know the Charas take great care with setting but you got this one wrong. It's not the blockbuster format itself, that's fine. But if you are going to include some extremely difficult questions then you need to make it 50/50 hard to easy or thereabouts. Of course the "B" stood for babies, we all worked that out, the "P" however was, well taking the P. All 20 questions should be of approximately the same degree of difficulty and certainly there shouldn't be 20 impossible ones - no one would have any fun with that. But to have 12 or 13 very gettable questions, 3 or 4 that could be worked out with a bit of imagination and then 3 or 4 hand grenades is like handing the outcome of the game over to the randomness of a Mark Clattenburg. It may be entertaining in some ways, it may provide a lot of talking points but when it's all over you're left feeling that wasn't how things were supposed to be decided.
