The question is whether Scott and Toledo wants to take a chance and pay thousands in tow money for a rain out like they would have done Friday.

Same with Lorain County, if it rains all weekend the track will pay thousands without opening the front gate.

If the tracks could resolve that issue (this is the same concern as when you schedule a World of Outlaws race on a dirt track) then I see it being a greater possibility of ISMA being back at Toledo.
