Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

"All that we see or seem, is but a dream within a dream."

She remembered what it had been like to be free before the massive black male had come into her life. Carnifex kept a close eye on her and it was a chore simply to get out from under his gaze long enough to seek out the plants she would need to prevent pregnancy come winter. Although she had given him her words Malleah was a creature who took opportunities and she waited for the chance to stretch herself without being beneath his ruby gaze, those swarthy eyes always making sure she did not seek out protection or help. Who would help her anyways? She had been alone for many years prior to meeting him and she was certain no one had cared then. Why should anyone care now? It was a bitter pill to swallow. She did fancy that Solitaire might come to find her but then would sit in worry if he did since she was pretty sure Carnifex wouldn't take that sitting down.

Still, it wasn't all bad. He was a handsome creature, if a bit moody and demanding. Possessive too, in his own way, and she would often lay watching him move about, her pink eyes watching the way his fur flowed from his muscles or the way he poised himself. Thus far she had managed to not get actually bitten by his huge fangs which was a plus even if he had pinched and nipped and growled numerously at her. Today they had made it to the crags and Malleah took it upon herself to split away from him and begin climbing up the side of a rocky hill, finding a large and relatively flat boulder to leap upon and settle herself. It was time to sun and she craved that heat because soon it would falter and even the sun wouldn't provide what she so yearned for.

She pauses a moment before laying down, her eyes snapping to him with a small curl in her lips as if saying 'what? Isn't it rest time?' He could move on if he wished but more than likely he would have to come fetch her if he wished to do anymore traveling today. "Do you not ever tire?" She asks him calmly, tilting her head to the side in a smooth and seductive manner, always trying to play up her beauty. Who knew when he would go to sleep and wake up hungry and conveniently forget about their bargain? "Come lay with me, handsome devil," she suggests, lowering her head onto her small paws that peek over the edge of the rock.
