Since I will be away and will not be at the meeting thought I'd give my thoughts here for what they are worth.
First, this type of open, back and forth bickering does nothing for the reputation for the Club and your "issues" should be discussed one on one in my humble opinion.
Second, if Mike wishes to resign as President then the Constitution (agreed it is outdated but it's the only one we've got) says replacements due to casual vacancies of officers or directors will be filled by the remaining Executive. It also says that election of officers and directors by the membership will be carried at the annual general meeting only (see Article III). So as I say if Mike is, in fact, stepping down it is the responsibility of the remaining Executive to appoint an interim President to take us to the next annual general meeting.
