Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

-the last legacy-

To hear the change in Ame’s voice, to hear how much he had grown and matured, made Halcyon feel rather strange. They had known each other since they were only a year old and already time had flown by. Pups had become adults and both had suffered so much in their youth that they had been forced to become grown before it was truly time. Though Halcyon had often considered himself more of an adult than a child this meeting with his oldest and dearest friend had sealed the deal for him. As he listened to Ame’s wise words, a smile spread across his face. It spoke of both sadness and understanding at the passing of time. They had both come such a long way and both were destined for great things in their futures. “That’s an amazing goal, Ame. To have the compassion to want to help everyone is a rare trait. I fear it’s one that even I lack.” Halcyon thought of the white menace, Jaidah, and his desire to sink his teeth into her jugular.

Suddenly, a new scent reached the pair and both gazed up to see a stranger approach. Something inside Halcyon stirred as the smell of the newcomer reminded him of someone, but he wasn’t quite sure. How could he have known for sure that the wolf that now stood before him and Ame was his imprint’s brother. Listening to the other boy, he bowed his head slightly in greeting and spoke after his friend. “While I am not a loner now, I used to be not too long ago. Well met, Jax.” Suddenly, he recognized the scent that wafted from the taller wolf and his tail lowered a bit as he realized the reason why he had become a loner. Not sure of what else to do, he offers a small whine. “I am truly sorry to hear about the loss of Spirane. My empress, Aithne, has offered her swamps to any of your family who may need shelter. To be honest, I am worried for my imprint. She used to reside there but now I do not know where she’s gone.” It is all he can do to offer his condolences. Halcyon knew all too well how much a wolf’s world could turn upside down when his pack land is swept out from underneath him.

Standing beside Ame, Halcyon could see that the two new loners had a few things in common. Both seemed to need a new start and a desire to do something good for the wolves of Moladion. It was nice to see that they could rely on each other, especially if things got too hard. Friends were the best thing any wolf could ask for and none were better than the tri-colored boy from Diveen. Feeling slightly out of place now, the runt sat and watched the other two interact.
