Clearly one sided. There have been three class 1 confirmations in Southern New England, and others from the 1980s and back that have been "lost", or not included. The way the evidence was covered up and manipulated by the RI DEM at Matanuck is perfect example why there isn't more. What they initially claimed to be a deer road kill dragged off by a bobcat turned out to be a cougar kill that was dragged off and covered with litter.
