1967NMCB-58 Advance Party, consisting of 1 officer and 13 enlisted men, departed Da Nang for CBC Davisville.
CAPT C.G. Miller, CEC, USN inspected NMCB-4 at Camp Hoover.

1968LCDR W.G. Landes, Executive Officer of NMCB-58, visited Seabee Team 5802 at Soc Trang. Due to military action, a visit to Seabee Team 5801 was not possible.
NMCB-11s first flight of main Body personnel with CDR W.K. Hartell departed Port Hueneme for Quang Tri.

One artillery attack on Dong Ha
30 rounds of enemy 82mm mortar fire were directed against Camp DeShurley (MCB-9). Forced back upon the reverse slopes of surrounding hills, Viet Cong gunners were unable to place accurate fire upon their objective. Thus the attack of 06 May and subsequent attacks on 07 May (30 rounds of 82mm mortar) and 10 may (25 rounds of 82mm mortar) caused little or no damage.
Also on the 6th minor damage to an MCB-58 truck resulted from enemy small arms fire 35 miles west of Hoi An. The Camp Evans Combat Base was hit by twenty 122-mm rockets shortly after 0100 on the same date. No damage or casualties resulted from this attack nor from another attack on the morning of the 6th against the MCB-9 quarry site 11.4 miles south east of Phu Bai. In this attack incoming 82-mm mortar fire was returned by Seabee 81-mm mortars and Marine 105-mm howitzers.
LZ Sally, adjacent to PK-17, took a number of mortar/rocket rounds at 1730. None of the NMCB-4 detail was injured.
The Camp Evans Combat Base was hit by twenty 122-mm rockets shortly after 0100 on the 6th. No damage or casualties resulted from the attack.
1969CDR W.L. Wilson, CEC, USN; LCDR M.E. Smith, CEC, USN; and LTJG D.S. Hughes, CEC, USN, conducted CBPAC management Inspection Visit in NMCB-128s Operations, Training, and Administrative.
Seabee Team 5804 deployed to Rach Gai City, Kien Giang Province, to perform construction and technical assistance in support of USAID projects.

1970CDR W.L. Wilson, CEC, USN, Operations Officer and LT R.H. Rohrbach, CEC, USN, Administrative Officer, representing COMCBPAC, conducted a management Inspection of NMCB-5 at Camp Haskins North. Da Nang.
MCB-10 completed re-construction of Bridge 13 and re-opened the bridge to traffic.

1971CBPAC DET RVN Headquarters enlisted personnel relocated from rented billets at 236-K, Truong Minh Ky to quarters at the Detachment compound, Tan Son Nhut.
