1967NMCB-7 conducted an amphibious landing exercise coming ashore at No-Mans Island off the coast of Massachusetts

NMCB-4 CO and Medical Officer visited Con Thien and directed further evacuation of the NMCB-4 wounded. The decision was made with Special Forces and Marines to continue the construction effort as long as capability existed. The NMCB-4 construction detail returned to Da Nang to re-group when the detail could no longer work.
NMCB-4 completed the Handball Courts, Beer Garden, and Library at the Freedom Hill Recreation Complex.

NMCB-128 set Ground Defense Condition One at Camp Faulkner when the perimeter security watch sighted rockets fired at Da Nang installations. Coordinates of the launching sites were provided to the Sector Fire Coordinator. No NMCB-128 casualties or incoming rounds.
A planned practice firing of the NMCB-58 HE 81mm mortar coincided with an enemy rocket attack on Da Nang from the vicinity of NMCB-58s Hoi An camp. Nine 81mm HE mortar rounds were fired at the suspected launch area; results unknown.
Chu Lai Combat Base received two incoming 122mm rocket rounds. No injuries or damage were sustained by NMCB-40 personnel or equipment.

1969RADM Dillon, COM3NCB, inspected the NMCB-121 Project Material Yard at Camp Wilkinson.
NMCB-40 asphalt plant and fire truck personnel assisted in rescuing 2 pilots from an Air Force aircraft which had crashed near the asphalt plant.
COMCBPAC Admin and Operations Inspection team arrived at Camp Campbell.
Pre-deployment Party from NMCB-1 departed Camp Campbell for CONUS.
Camp Campbell came under 122mm rocket attack at approximately 0110. Two 122mm rockets impacted within the camp area. One rocket demolished CPO Hut 6 and caused severe damage to CPO Hut 7. A total of 16 men were wounded. Two men were seriously wounded and were evacuated. The remaining men were given treatment at the NMCB-40 dispensary and returned to duty.

1970A Vietnamese truck drove into the rear of an NMCB-62 tractor and lowboy trailer resulting in the Vietnamese drivers death.
MCB-10 Detail India returned to Camp Wilkinson from Phu Thu.
