Hi Fred,
Your comment threw me for a loop. Unless there is some contract change regarding the COLA, the unions had nothing to do with the COLA. Section 23 of my contract spells out the COLA and that was created in 1969 as I recall. You may be thinking of the 13th check.
As a guy who joined TPD in 1970 and yet was excluded from the greedy self gratifying new multiplier I have no good will fellings for the unions.
