Historical Highest Marginal Income tax Rates

With all the talk about the Progressives pushing to increase the highest marginal income tax rate to 70%, I googled up the below-linked chart showing the highest marginal income tax rates over the years.

It looks like Lyndon Johnson made the first big cut, going from 91% down to 70%, and that Reagan made the next big cut , going from 70% down to 28%, and with George Bush moving the rate down to 35%, after its having gone back up to 39% after Reagan.
In 2018 it was back up to 37%
