4/12/67 During a Condition 1 alert, EO1 H.J. Anable suffered a cerebral hemorrhage from natural causes. He was evacuated to Naval Hospital Da Nang where he expired at 0300, 19 April 1967.

DCR Report:
…On 19 April SW3 Kenneth M. Hatcher, of Team 03-19 near Xuan Loc, Long Khanh Province, died of burns and injuries suffered in an airplane crash the day before. The cause of the crash of the light observation plane was still under investigation at month’s end. Remains were taken to the to the Tan Son Nhut Morgue for further transfer to CONUS.
