Based upon the title and the first few sentences of the above-named article in the November issue of the Military Officer Magazine,
I was expecting to see a discussion of some big projected changes in future Navy/Marine Corps ops.
However, I have to say that when I read through the article, I was a little disappointed in what was presented.
