DCR Report:
…At 1300 EO3 Glenn C. Ludban, was killed in action when he stepped on and detonated an anti-tank mine on QL-9 west of the Khe Gio Bridge (L7014, YD010562). Petty Officer Ludban was walking behind a marine sweep team proceeding to investigate a blown culvert when the incident occurred.
