JJ,
I brought this up in a prior post and got squat for response. We ALL have the responsibility to cover our guys. Maybe Jerry can post an address and other specifics so we can start sending checks. There are no excuses for failing to complete what WE started. The outcome has no bearing on OUR obligations. Let's get this finished, like you said, ASAP! I think most of our folks have just been waiting for the necessary information. Wish all the best.
