Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

There was much noise around her. Leoniah felt a weight underneath her...was she being lifted? She heard whispers yet couldn't make out much. But where she was was much calmer. Here everything is just right. There are no dragons, my pups have their father and were raised to be strong wolves. Here I don't have to hunt for several days at a time with worry that one or more could have been snatched while I was way. No worries that I was a bad mother...yelling some and being overly thankful for the help even one gave. Here It's just me and Ice mountain. The rugged terrain that ask nothing of me but endurance. The sun and moon that only provided light for me to find my way by. Where I sleep it is strengthening...but I still wonder what happens where I am not.

Leoniah stirred as she was lifted and a small whimper came from her maw. There was wince as the femmora grimaced from the pain of being moved.

Kin scoffed at his sister, "I will when he proves his word." he said with his back to Kuroha. As Ploera jumped from his assistance, "You've used up quite a lot of energy...you must rest" he spoke. Kin used his fire blessing to melt some of the ice into a pool of cool water with his paw, "Here drink." He turned to stand next to Mugen, Nobody, Freedom and Polera. "It's hard to forgive when you watch your mother hurt over and over." he said as he walked over to help lift Leoniah.

Kiyoko moved as they lifted her mother. She'd read his lips about taking her inside. "That is good...but who are you?" she asked having not seen any lips move as none were looking at her when they spoke. "What of the egg?" she spoke in mostly simple syllables due to being deaf she didn't bother with longer syllables.

Kin turned toward Kiyoko's general direction...she still facing her other siblings. "She's deaf...you have to be speaking directly to her for her to care what you are saying." Kin said to his father as he took a step towards the den.
