Re(1): Who can make the request?

My question is can 'our' board, Larry and company, request this same review? I wouldn't think for a minute that anyone from the Pension Board would lift one finger to help us in this matter. Why would they? That would indicate that they possibly believe they have done something wrong, which we all know they did. But since they have a ruling in their favor why would they want to revisit it.
