I suppose by now the 200 plus members that opted-out have received their letters indicating the pension boards attempt to block Mr. Wayne Lee Thomas's attempt to force our inclusion to the Class Action suit.
I wish the Judge to understand, that I opted-out with the understanding, I would get only $100 dollars that was held back during the payment of 2004 13th check. The Pension Board decided to do the right thing and pay everyone interest. They also wanted to do the right thing and offered to pay Mr. Wayne Lee Thomas too.
The BIG question I have is: How much more than one quarter of million dollars will Mr. Wayne Lee Thomas get, if you add the 200 plus, opted-out members. Obviously, he's going to be dipping into our wallets to pay him. I would like to remind him and the Judge, that the one quarter of a million dollars offer was also dipping into the "opted-out" members wallet.
We just can't win around these greedy lawyers. All they see around our pension, is a very big pot-of-gold and they will do anything to get their greedy hands on it.
