This time, This place, Misused, Mistakes
Too long, Too late, Who was I to make you wait
Just one chance, Just one breath Just in case there's just one left
'Cause you know, you know, you know...

Kuni stared at Bullet wide-eyed, absolutely innocent and in every which way clueless. All she knew at this point was she somehow missed out on a span of time, she felt oddly attracted to Bullet, and that she may in-fact love Bullet. Wow, way to be sure of yourself Kuni. She gave herself an odd look, quizzically cursing herself. Kind of like arguing and scolding yourself at the same time, and then realize how dumb it is to be fighting with yourself. Her banner swished as she batted her eye-lashes as she waited for the awkward silence to past. She didn't find it that awkward though, she actually enjoyed just staring at him. Man, that must make him feel weird. A look of realization took to the brute's face as he lit up and immediately spoke, Kuni gasped softly and perked her ears towards him,

"Ms. Kuni, you seem so hungry. Of course having not eaten in so long … I shall return promptly. I’ll be in your sight the whole time. "

He had heard her stomach growled. That was lady-like. Shoot. She felt like opening her mouth and desperately begging him not to go, but she was too late. With a very cordial bow he was off..and Kunikpok was left, jaw gaped. The only sound that came out was a slight whimper as she huffed and laid her head back on her paws. She didn't want him to leave, she never, ever wanted him to leave. Why didn't he see that? Maybe she'd just tell him that she loved him indefinitely. Sighing she waited for him to come back, the snow piling around her as she huffed somewhat annoyed. The mental battle of what to do flooded her mind, maybe she'd get lucky with a brain shortage..as always. And as time passed Bullet finally arrived. Kunikpok's feminine face lit up as her green pools sparkled like nothing before. In the brutes mouth happened to be a silvery fish. An Inuit's favorite. She was salivating as he dropped the prize at her feet, the smell tauntingly wafted to her ebon, wet nose as she closed her eyes, dreamily drifting back to her home-land. Her eyes were still closed she felt his plushy, thick pelt engulf hers as he hugged her tightly. She melted in his frame, turning into complete honey as she inhaled his intoxicating scent. She was obvious. His hot breath entered her ear as she shuddered once more, leaning into him--she without a doubt had the potential to fall on him. That would've have without a doubt ruined the mood. His words blew past her as he spoke,

"I brought you a little something to eat. You really need to build your strength, and I thought you might like it … most northerners love their fish."

His words grew even hotter against her ear as she continued listening contently, his voice spiraling her into a comatose. She nuzzled the fish softly, investigating and began taking small, dainty bites, cherishing every scale and ounce of fish that seemed to melt in her mouth like your favorite piece of chocolate. It was heaven, it must've been..Bullet was there. The snow had not relented, and the sky was a dark purple grey, hints of the moon were already beginning to peak through the trees. The scene seemed that right of a story book, perfect. Kuni cocked her head slightly, her eyes open, filled with wonder as she still kept her focus fixed on the brute.

"Well, first things first, I suppose you’re confused as to what happened.--You were up and about after a meeting and suddenly you fainted. Bronx and I rushed to try and wake you. When that did nothing we carried you to the cave I had found while exploring the terra before. Every day we checked on you several times … him and I became friends during that last few days while caring for you. We were so worried … if you were not up by the end of my run today I would go on to another pack to find a healer. I’m so pleased to see you up, and overall doing fine … I was so scared that..."

He paused as she looked up to him, craning her neck back as if waiting for the hook. She already knew what it was, well even so..she wanted to know what he was about to say. Her eyes grew wide and welled with tears, her lips pursed as she just wanted to fall into him, swearing she'd never ever do that again and that she'd never in any way hurt him again, that she would rather die than ever hurt him. Kuni's emerald eyes pleadingly looked at Bullet, her eyes almost overflowing with tears..the moment felt like an eternity as she made sure their eyes connected as the handsome brute paused. She almost swooned, this was like nothing she had ever felt before. Not even with Crook, Blaez, any other brute, nothing was comparable Everything was welling up inside her, she felt so warm, so happy. She wondered if it shown, she hoped it didn't. She hated rejection, she didn't need that now. Every boy who was nice didn't always have to be a romantic interest..but she wanted Bullet so badly. Nudging her, he grinned flawlessly,

"Don’t you ever do that to me again, Ms. Kuni, you hear?"

He was obviously joking, his voice rumbled in his chest as he released a movie-star laugh, she blushed and nudged him playfully back. She giggled like a school-girl, and her canines flashed a quick, nervous smile as her eyes sparkled. Kuni nodded eagerly, which kind of looked foolish, but she didn't feel like she'd even be able to breath without confessing her undying love for the brute. Biting her lower lip she let out a soft whimper, her banner thumping softly as she nuzzled Bullet under his muscular neck. She tenderly licked his cheek a single time and blushed, looking down bashfully withot sayinga word..like a love-struck puppy. She kept her angelic maw pursed and dantily reclined her head back onto Bullet's sturdy shoulder. Their bodies felt as one, as close as two wolven could ever be, both mind and soul. The fem focused as hard as she could on this feeling, deserting the rest of her senses so she could take in this memory, as if she could control time and would freeze it in this exact moment,

"So, Ms. Kuni, how are you? Don’t hold back behind a mask with me, let me know. How are you really feeling right now?"

Bullet's voice broke her trance, his eyes connected with her's and gave her a knowing look, like he understood her completely. He did. This realization dawning on her overwhelemed the wolfess with numerous emotions. First off, vulneralbility. He knew her like the back of his paw, and first, after being scorned so many times by the male population, her head screamed shut off. To just leave, close and to not let someone who understood her so clearly become so close to her...because in the past..this only resulted in pain. However, the other feeling, which overpowered the vulnerabilty by the power of infinity was that of complete content. Kuni knew that she could trust Bullet forever, with anything, her life, her heart, her future. This was the wolf she had been looking for all her life, there was absolutely no doubt about it; and sooner or later, (most probably, sooner) she'd have to admit this to him. She looked at him, her face read attent and listening, but she didn't catch the last thing he had said, something about the cold. Kuni had hit that mind-block..or rather too many things running through her mind to even take a breath. At the instant, her brain shut off, her heart was about to take this one,

"Bullet...I think we should talk. I mean, well, we need to talk.."

Her sweet voice wrapped around his form as her nervous emeralds sparkled with an unknown mystery; Kuni leapt off the rock and circled around Bullet, rubbing the lean, rippiling body his side affectionately as she came back towards his side so they were parallel. The whole "we need to talk thing" sounded like the usual first liner of a break up, but it would grab his attention. Sweetly licking his cheek her heart was beating out of her chest, the beta was sure he would be able to feel it, even through his thick pelt. Carefully, not to fall because her knees felt like they were about to give out Kuni sat on her delicate haunches...her muzzle right by Bullet's ear. Her breath was soft, hot and smelled faintly of honey as the fem froze for a couple seconds, just breathing into his ear.

"You want to know what's going on?--Everything?"

Kunikpok paused for a moment,

"Well, even though I'm still slightly confused on about everything..I think I can easily be sure of one thing--but it's a secret"
