Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

The grey wolfess moved along in silence. About halfway to Ice Mountain, she dropped Draga. Dracana decided the pup would have to strengthen up and quick, just like with her other charges. Though Draga was quite a bit younger than both Fate and Jaeger when they came into her teachings. And Mekiko, he was older than any of them. All the same, her pace was steady and relatively swift.

She would glance back on occasion to ensure Mekiko was following. Even for a wolf that was shorter than normal, she moved with strides designed for someone of a much taller height. That in itself easily accounted for both her swiftness and her speed even with her stockier body.

Draga struggled to keep up. Though she'd inherited more of a husky body and appearance from her father, it did nothing to help keep up with the two older wolves. The crimson, white, and grey pup panted heavily as she trailed on behind both her mother and Mekiko. Surely they'd arrived by now? Draga could see the mountain, but then why hadn't they stopped.

Dracana kept moving towards the peak and then around it once they arrived. She was actually looking for a specific spot, one in which she could utilize to make the climb. Of course, there was only one spot that was both easy enough yet treacherous enough to do the job. Yes, there were plenty of spots climable, but only one that would help with her lessons.
