Freebies are often granted to "all active characters". A character is considered active if it has made an IC post within the last 2 weeks. Posts made after the freebie was posted do not count.

- you will have access to the newsletter account and will be responsible for getting the letter up weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on how you want to run it.
- you're the editor; you decide newsletter content without having to run it past anyone else.
- you will have your own @shamanrpg.net email address in order to process newsletter submissions.
- you do not have to be a moderator to do this.
- you can co-run it with someone else if you want to, and you control who else has access to the newsletter account.
basically, your show.
even better, whoever does it will be paid a monthly wage in points. haven't figured out how many yet.
