Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

The tiger cub gave a small huff, running a paw over the cold, hard surface of the stone beneath her. She idly wondered what it would be like should she truly be a Queen, a superior force whose very name made the blood of beast’s run cold, powerful in every sense of the word. But innocently enough she didn’t crave that level of attention…yet. Perhaps it was because imagination was something she never seemed to dwell on, a fantasy that the weak-minded kept for comfort, always just out of reach. No, Anya wouldn’t let herself imagine and fantasize; she’d rather be actually doing it- living it. But what should she know? A feline in the lands dominated by canines, and a young one at that. She felt a smirk contort the grin. Hm…

She didn’t notice the dragon until he had basically landed right in front of her, and she was mildly irked with the fact she hadn’t been able to identify him until he had wanted his presence known. Her eyes quickly looked over the mythical, instantly curious. That could be due to this being her first encounter with a mythical beast of the lands. Her expression showed the mild shock at his arrival before it reverted to the cool calmness she usually maintained, but again, Anya was still in the mood for something new, and that willingness? Desire? Showed in her gaze and the minor body language she couldn’t help. Purple met yellow, and she gave a curious tilt of her head as she rose to all fours in an impulse. She couldn’t say she was impressed, but she felt a certain respect for the beast, after all respect was earned, and not given at first sight.

“Queen? “ She repeated inquisitive, and the way her brow arched showed just how much the dragon had interested her as many questions ran through her mind. But rather than play the ignorant fool and barrage the dragon with questions she thought over a few things. One being that for someone titled as such was completely unknown to her. “And just who is this Queen, or rather how could I not know her?” She’d been on this particular mountain for a while now, certainly enough to have identified or at least learned about such a Queen, right? She waved the end of her tail slowly, attention on the dragon. A slight flare of her nostrils was her taking and memorizing the scent to the face, and also her way of trying to see if she could make out anyone else about.
