During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

Devil had finished her conversation with Shaggy a while ago. In fact the sun had been in the sky for quite awhile today already. She had spoken with her fellow pack member until the sky had just stared to brighten with the sun rising. The vixen knew it wouldn’t be long before the night came again. As she moved through the dark forest she called home, she recalled what she had done earlier. Devil’s Angel still not ready to turn in just yet, for she wasn’t completely tired, figured she could make a round about check. Getting to her paws after she had spoken her later to Shaggy Rogers, she headed toward the north side of the border, closest area of the border to her. Ears pricked and alert, the black and white ess had explored the border a couple of times with no hint of loners or threats. With the sun mid way to full height, she had decided to take a nap before she went back to the border patrolling. Finding herself a spot had been easy, she had simply found a soft looking clump of grass under a tree to lay on. Later she’d claim a better place to sleep perhaps. For now, she simply closed her chocolate orbs to indulge herself in sleep. The warrior inside of her wouldn’t let her relax her guard, for even in her sleep her black auds twitched with any sound showing how alert she was. Even if this was her home now, she was still too new to get fully used to it already.

Her past thoughts stopped when at a new smell hit her nostrils. Two wolves were at the border and by the smell they had just arrived. Their howl brought her back to the moment, and she found her paws moving in their direction immediately. She knew her job. Devil’s Angel was to protect the borders till the alpha arrived, and it wouldn’t be till night time came. That would more than likely happen in a few hours, but it wasn’t too far off if you were patient. Her thoughts went along these had better hope they had patient to wait. Otherwise, well they’d just be disappointed. It wasn’t long before she came upon the two, a male and female. By the looks and smell they were kin, brother and sister she guessed to herself. With her fang baring smile she paused at her side of the border, her chocolate orbs staring at their yellow and orange ones, before she assessed the two. Both looked in good shapes, so she supposed they would be a good addition. So long as they knew how to impress Eric, the alpha here. Being only a day old member, she doubted her opinion mattered

When the femme turned around, she spoke saying they seek entrance to the pack. Great. Devil’s Angel gave her a smirk, trying to be friendly in her own way, and figured these two were the no nonsense kind. Good, she wouldn’t have to deal with wolves that beat around the bush. Her voice came into the air, a soft tone with a hard edge to it. This warrior would never let her guard down, it was how she was trained to be. She simply knew better from her lessons and past mistakes. Either way these wolves wouldn’t learn much, other than whatever they could pick up from her voice, and it wasn’t much.

I’m glad to see Munashii Gekko has become popular…I’m Devil’s Angel, an omega, what are your names? What strengths can you bring this pack?

Basically she was asking how could they help them. Were the two good hunters, trackers, fighters, any of that kind of stuff. Devil’s Angel was interested for herself to know, and also for her the pack. Perhaps they wouldn’t be trouble makers like some of the other wolves in the pack. It wouldn’t be good to add more fools here she thought. They wouldn’t last long in the shadowed forest she called home. Devil’s attention was turned back to the two wolves before her as she waited for their answer. Today, or tonight, they just might be getting new members. That is if they waited long enough for Eric and more importantly whether or not the white male would accept them into his pack. For a moment she wondered if later she ought to seek out more pack members to get to know, or even Shaggy Rogers again. Either way it would be a eventful night probably, because the white and black ess wasn’t tired anymore after a nap. So she was ready for anything she thought as her attention was kept on the brute and femme.
