Freebies are often granted to "all active characters". A character is considered active if it has made an IC post within the last 2 weeks. Posts made after the freebie was posted do not count.

for those of you who weren't here last march, prepare yourself for the biggest event of the year. the omniety competition, hosted on our birthday, is the most awesome event on our calendar. it's your biggest opportunity for character development for the whole year and the prize is unique.
the omniety contest has two rounds. the first round is completely different from last year. the second round is more or less the same, but it has a twist. the prize is different.
sign-ups will open at some point today in the silver cove and will close on march 14th, when the first round will go up. you will not know what the first round is until march 14th. you are able to back out, however, so my advice to anyone not sure which characters to put through is, put 'em all through and then pull some out when you see the first round :)
i really encourage everyone to take part. it really is a lot of fun - everyone who took part last year had a blast.
