Blitz did, despite how he acted towards Amado and Tenebrae, feel a great sense of pity for them. He knew how it felt to lose a parent at a young age; both of his had been murdered by the time he hit teendom. For some reason he had never told Draumyr this... he rarely spoke of his past to Drau; as far as he knew all the brute knew about his family was he had an older brother who he hated, a twin sister who he didn't speakto very often and he used to live in Fire pack with them. His mother being murdered before his very eyes as a pup never came into it, much less that it was his father that did the terrible deed, his dad being killed by his brother didn't ever come up either. Blitz shuddered at the thought, so much murder in his life, he remembered not what his mother looked like, just the fatal day that her life came to an end, so much blood... it had started a blazing wildfire in his mind and gave him a terrible lust for blood. He could remember wishing he had been able to do something atthe time but he was a child, he was so frightened that if he dared do anything his dad would turn on him too, he didn't even cry out, for days afterwards he didn't say a word and he stood by his sister constantly, he didn't want to lose her too.

Blitz was brought away from those memories at Tenebrae's voice, he stored her name in his memory along with her scent, voice, appearance, everything. But her words made him growl slightly "Your father might be many things but a coward isn't one of them." He snarled, cold mismatched eyes remaining on her form. "I do wonder, do you hate me as much as Amado does? Is it my fault your mother is dead in your eyes as well as his? Because I never intended for any of that to happen." He stated, it was true, Drau was just a friend before he left his previous mate, Blitz didn't know he felt the same way as him, he didn't know he'd leave his mate for him and yet this was still his fault; he hadn't wanted Snowfall to die, he didn't want any of that...
