During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

darkness strives
within

This certain wolf had a well understanding that these wolves from Munashii were well off the chart of sanity, and that they lurked in the night, especially on nights like these where there was no moon to watch over the wolves, where there were no stars to keep Blossom Forest in order, the very night where there were no rules.

Everywhere were shadows. A darkness cast over the land, making the area around him almost impossible to see. He wasn't good at seeing in the night, and coming here in night was not a very well thought out idea.

He approached the border. Sweat poured down his body. And he gave, just for a moment, the scent of fear, but as quickly as it was there it was gone. He sat down and then waited. He dare not howl, hoping that his scent would be found by first the Alpha before any of the others.

He checked every nook and cranny around him, making sure lurkers didn't attempt to feast on him. Noble Eight had a mission, he needed to accomplish something that would make him be feared if there were any decendants of the survivors of the chaos he was going to cause. He would kill almost every wolf in Blossom Forest after he took his first step to control all. Well, that's what he thought.

Before he could rise, he needed to take the first few steps. For example, find a temporary home. Challenge the leader after gaining his trust. Take control of the pack. Destroy other packs while in rule. Assume control of all other packs. Send in a sweep to kill all loners and rogues. Then annihilate the remainder from the inside. From a realistic and tactical perspective, this would never work. From his perspective, this would definitely work out completely.

He waited. A silent dread. He waited for his fate to befall him. "If you realize you can never win", Noble Seven, his father once told him, "-then make sure to flicker off with a bang." If the news of defeat hit him, then he would go down, and drag something important with him.
