The Rules
  • There will be no fraternizing with enemies. If you put yourself knowingly in danger, don't expect a rescue.
  • We are only as strong as our weakest link. See to it that you are getting stronger in some skill that is useful, whether it is battling, recruiting, charming, etc.
  • The King and Queen have final say in all matters.
Beauty in the eyes of the beholder

It isn't long before Hollowpoint's call is heard. Belita finds herself growing excited but nervous all the more. It isn't often that she's come across such a creature to catch her greatest interest and make it burn with wonderment. Chimeras didn't understand it really but her mother hadn't the need to explain herself to the girl. Chimeras couldn't control her mother's life although she might think she could try. Boy did her little perlino dun have a spirit that was a little hard to deal with. The girl was a burning ball of fire really. Step the wrong way and she'll tell you so. Sometimes, it annoyed the young mare.

Chimeras too had heard the call and she perked to attention. Ears swiveling toward the direction it had come from, it wasn't long before she spotted this stallion' approach. He was a painted creature and a bay dun in color aside from white. Not bad to look at but then, the filly couldn't really care about looks right now. Well, save for her own and she thought herself the best thing on four legs. That was the ego talking though and it would probably always be around. As he skidded to a pause nearby them and walked the rest of the way, her blue eyes watched him carefully. It wasn't long before he'd found himself before them and she studied him.

There was this goofy grin on his face and a sign of joy at their arrival. Interesting and he hadn't ever met her before either. It was moments that he was talking to her then, stating that he'd not the pleasure of meeting her before now. Clearing her throat, she'd put on a pleasant conversation for mother. Otherwise, the mare might strangle her right there if she messed this one up. I don't believe we have Hollowpoint right? I'm Chimeras, daughter of Belita and El Barroco. Not that she'd ever get to meet her father, he wasn't in existence anymore. Pity really, she'd heard so much good in rumors of the great golden creature. She'd have enjoyed meeting him but that could never become a reality. Poor girl, not even born before her father's death. It didn't seem to toll on her too much though. That was the good of never having met the guy.

Meanwhile, the dunskin mare had felt his touch and she nickered softly. Hello Hollowpoint. No, it wasn't too bad. A bit tolling on the body and especially for Chimeras. We made it though and no worse for wear. Giving a little chuckle, she was impressed with the perlino dun child of hers. She was trying even though she could have acted foolish and bored. The girl could be a little imp at times but for once, she wasn't acting like a spoiled brat. Returning her thoughts to Hollowpoint, her eyes seemed to fill with a burning laughter of content. It was comforting to know that they had a home here, finally. She felt like it was meant to be and that this painted hunk of flesh was someone worth being around for. Belita couldn't be happier and her heart swelled with this new chance of life and love. Hollowpoint, I'm so glad to be here. Relieved to know the journey is over too. Giving a little chuckle, the dunskin mare fell quiet and awaited a response that she knew would be coming. It was only a matter of time.
