Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

.:Star sat stone still, save for a twitch of her ears, or her tail. She wouldn't run from him, he could sit there and glare at her all he wished, throw around those harsh, harsh words, he wasn't getting rid of her that easily. She was patient, and she could temper the storm. She was not the walking mat she had been in her youth. His little act couldn't, wouldn't, scare her away, as much as he may wish for it.

"It's true, I can not deny leaving the mountain. But with precious little to show for a life here, was I honestly supposed to stick around? To wait for something that would never come? Come now, Tycoon, you can't blame me for trying to seek out a life elsewhere." She sat, resolved. No one could blame her for looking for something more elsewhere. She was never going to get what she so rightly deserved here, from him. "But no, Tycoon. I may have believed otherwise when I was a silly young thing, but you were never good enough." The truth was bitter in her mouth, but it had to be said. Looking back on it, Tycoon was never good enough for her. They were polar opposites. So different in so many fundamental ways. She couldn't understand what she had ever seen in this poor creature before her now.

When he mentioned the children, she was slightly taken aback. Dead? She couldn't believe that one. She just couldn't. She knew Rev was off somewhere in the world, wandering. Maybe she had found someone special and stared a family of her own. She could only hope that she didn't make the same mistakes as her mother. As for the ones Tycoon raised.. she was unsure. But, she wouldn't allow herself to believe them gone forever. Maybe she'd look for them after this, ensure that they were all alright. "The children.. I can look for them later, find things out for sure. It'll give me some peace of mind." She felt like a horrible mother, not thinking about them until now. But then again, their father wasn't a winner either. So, maybe she wasn't the worst of the two of them. "As for why I'm here.. There's nothing you could give me that I would want, Tycoon. But, to be perfectly frank about things, I was worried. I was concerned for you. Though, it seems you're just the same as you ever were, and perhaps my worry was misplaced." She didn't aim to hurt, she was not him. But, she couldn't help but speak her mind. He was trying so desperately to hurt her, she could tell. He picked all the right words to cut her with. Saying the pups, though they were no longer such, were dead. And to be honest, it did sting. But she wouldn't give him the satisfaction to let him know that. It would give him the power, and she wasn't going to let that happen.:.
