The cat-faced gryphon smiled softly when Hay thanked her. She continued to simply sun-bathe now that her own meal was consumed and her stomach contently filled. She only just now needed to give these two some alone time. She wouldn't go far, but far enough so that they could be alone. The cat-like creature jumped up and flew up high into the trees, the breeze ruffling her pelt and eyes closing contentedly. Aska was happy to sun-bathe up here. It was just so warm on this fall day.

Elias smiled as Hay started to eat, happy that he liked it. He figured, living so close to the river and all, that perhaps he had had fish before, but he was happy that he liked it anyway. It did have a very strange taste compared to the deer, rabbit, elk and whatever other mammals himself or Aska managed to catch that day. The shy golden brute simply watched, finishing up his last few bites in silence when Hay replied.

"Yeah, we tend to avoid that, I have had enough trouble for a life time in my pup-hood." The boy said in his higher toned voice, he never talked much about the time before he had gotten Aska and the times he had almost been killed when he was little. However, at the news that his sister was probably in Fire Pack Elias frowned. Staying in one place did have its perks, he stayed out of trouble and knew the area, but he also got a bit of gossip here and there. Some one had said fire was up to something, but what wasn't known. Elias didn't mention it however, he didn't want Hayazo to worry about his sister.

"Well at least you know where she is." Elias said giving a weak smile. Him and Aska had a lot of time to talk about feelings as of late and Elias wasn't sure how he should feel with Hayazo nowadays. He was sure his mother would disprove, as Aska put it, it wasn't "normal" but at the same time Elias couldn't help how he felt and at the very least Aska didn't think any differently of him for thinking this way about him. It was just, he never felt this way about any of the fems he had met, just Hayazo. Perhaps he should go out and try harder to find a girl he liked instead of the grey brute. Later perhaps, right now he was very happy that Hay had returned and was with him again.
