The air is heavy as you make your way through unknown territory, as you pause to sniff the air a drop of rain falls onto your nose. It is soon followed by another and another and soon the rain is pelting down in sheets, soaking you to the bone. The clouds are an angry purple and the menacing drumming of thunder rolls over the sky. Squinting your eyes against the blinding water you find yourself at the edge of a large, dark pine forest. You are too desperate for shelter to notice the scents that mark the border and plunge in, and nearly into the chilly stream that runs through the territory. You veer away and as you are shaking the water out of your fur you notice a large pair of icy blue shards gazing at you. The storm has passed now and beams of sunlight filter through the thick canopy of pines, illuminating a massive male wolf not three feet away from where you stand.

His pelt looks like a bad patchwork job of black and white and beneath them you see large, hard bands of steely muscle and you know this is a warrior for his torso is marred with many battle scars. His banner curls over his back and his lips are drawn, exposing sharp ivory daggers. When he speaks his voice is deep and dominant, like the thunder you so recently heard.

"Wolf, you have found yourself in the terra of the Andere Seite Pack. I am Eclipse, king of this land."

It is only then that you notice another pair of lanterns gleaming in the penumbra and a dark-pelted fae slinks out into the clearing to stand next to the king, her own banner waves and her green and blue eyes bore into you. She is the same size as most males and a crisscrossing pattern of scars show that she too can take care of herself. Her voice is cold and has a snake-like sound to it yet you can see they are both fair rulers.

"And I am Nephthys, queen of Andere. We don’t care much for strangers so you must make your choice, Submit to us now or flee our lands and never return. If you fail to do either you will have little time left to regret it."

The formidable pair pierces you with their gaze and you feel as if all your secrets spill out before them. You are left with a decision now. Will you submit and take refuge in this dark forest or will you flee and never know what secrets these trees hide? Make haste, you can see that the pair grow tired of waiting.

Lucrene had settled himself into an alert yet relaxed laying position off to the side. As he did, his new queen was asking him an inquiry. Tilting sidewards, the mascu was about to give his answer when a figure stormed into the clearing with an ungainly statute. Harsh words spilled from her lips. Although Seline kept a calm grace, they did not fall on deaf ears. It was blatantly obvious that what appeared to be Kodiacks' mate was not on board with Andere Siete's new alpha. In his opinion, Lucrene would have taken a more violent approach, as his anger was steaming, rising in a barely audible growl. However, Seline took it in stride, accepting an apology from White Love's mother. The tones in the deprecating was excellent, however. The chilly, furious yet soft words was worse then outright yelling. It was borderline physical. The warning she administered would have hoped to be well admonished and took an appropriate measure that showed an inkling of the Alphess's competence.

Although the femme who had obviously expressed her displeasure, curiousity pressed him to look over at the wolf who had arrived here before him. Kodiack was thin, with longer bones. It told of someone with a abrupt speed. He hadn't seen his reaction to Seline, but the posture was one of a laid-back one. The rusty hued brute agitatedly whisked an auditory through the air. Lucrene moved on with his vising, briefly glancing over White Love and her mother, which now seemed to be receiving the brunt of White Love's simpering. The large brute glanced away from the pathetic whining to eye two new males. One was of an intriguing coloring, with a pattern of clear black and white in which Lucrene hadn't spotted before. It seemed that this wolf was enjoying the reprimand to that scrap of meat who called herself wolf was getting. The coppery brute barely contained a quiet chuckle.

Lucrene turned away from the back of the natural space, unwinding his muscular body from it's tightly sprung position. As he did so, his muzzle was exposed to a restless and consistent breeze rolling across the underbelly of the tree's leaves. On it rode two perfumes of female belonging. The owners were probably on the outskirts of the pack's borders to the south, and seemed to be together, the way that the scents were twined. Now on his feet, it seemed to be the appropriate time to answer Seline's query. In the light that Lucrene was in closer proximity meant his voice could stay in a murmur. Besides, if others wanted to know of his title, they should advance to him.

I am Lucrene. I am honored to be here...

As the male pronounced his name, it was almost like he let go of the hard consonants to produce a smooth, monosyllabic word. Loosrenae. It was an name with no particular meaning or heritage, as the pronunciation was not at all Latin. The mascu's intonation finished with a drift as his skull angled away to run his silver orbits over the perimeter. He stepped back, swinging low and erratically. Apparently her family would be arriving soon, swelling the ranks even more. His gaze found her again, flickering in the sunlight. Who knew if Seline's relatives would be like? With strange and unnatural sploshes of bright red, almost gaudy. He stepped back again and turned towards the warm drift of earth he had recently laid down on, and stretched his front pillars outward, before lowering his thickly furred frame down again. Silverish luminaries, almost blue in the sun, flicked away to note another two lupes to have joined the session. They hadn't spoke, so probably had arrived a little time before and Lucrene hadn't really gotten around to notating. Another shift in his back legs to splay out to the right, he slipped into a silent reverie, finally content with his life journey. He was in the presence of a wolf who commanded anyone's respect, and several wolves with unspoken promise. The only thing that made his swift temper burn in his eyes was White Love, who hovered anxiously like a persistent fly around Kodiack.
