During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

It took the blue eyed titan awhile to notice that the omega had shown up, and in that time she studied him until he finally locked orbs with her emotionless brown ones. Devil knew only certain types of creatures came to their border, seeking acceptance into Munashii Gekko. The deranged, blood thirsty, evil, and the occasional assassin chalked it up pretty nicely. Which category was this newcomer under? From the way his nose was taking in the reek of blood, both from the border and the packlands, she would guess the killing or blood thirsty type. The packlands smell would probably be explained by a kill, where as the border blood scent…well the carcasses pretty much told the story. Most were old though, including the scarlet scent, but there was always room for one more. Something that this brute needed to keep in mind as he was daring enough to lock gazes with her.

The ebony and ivory goddess was tempted to bare her pearls at him, to let him know who was still top dog, whether he made it over the border or not. Normal omega? Hell, she wasn’t a normal nothing, this huntress was special in almost everything she did. Including tearing someone’s throat out, because she never did something like anyone else. Everything was her own way, unless Red Star ordered something done specifically, and even then there were ways to spice it up some. A demand alright, this stranger was at her pack border’s, and as a greeter she had the right to demand some answers until the alphess arrived. His grin didn’t phase her, other than her wanting to return her own signature one at him, but she refrained from doing such a thing. No need to have him running and yelling for his mommy. Her teeth baring simper was sometimes more than a wolf could handle, she had been told hers’ could be quite scary to others.

The stranger said he was a trained assassin, spy, and murder. Nothing new, assassin and murder were the same things to her, and she could do what he just listed and more. Being trained by her father, he had pushed her, made her do almost everything in the book. Could he not hunt, track, or protect? And then he failed again. That was all she needed, just what he could offer them, yet he wasn’t finished. It was clear she was growing bored as he spoke, and kept going on when she asked one simple little question. Still, her face showed no emotion, she wasn’t going to congratulate him on finally answering her, because he didn’t do it right. Sigh, one simple tasked failed already. How was this brute going to make it here? Rolling her orbs as he finished, she found her feminine voice filling the air with disdain for this creature. The trained warrior was starting to think he would never shut up.

I didn’t ask what your diet was, how we could eat our own food, or your methods. And I especially didn’t ask for your fucking name. Around here, names aren’t important, not unless you earn it. It probably won‘t even matter than either.

He might think she so rudely greeted him, but he had better be happy he wasn’t dealing with the Queen of the lands. The royal lady was the only one with a rank here that held significant meaning, because everyone else was an omega here. Orbs narrowed she watched him, and waited for a response. From his words she thought he might try to kill her, try being the key word that is. After all this femme wasn’t going to just roll over and take it. Her muscles remained half tense as usual as she waited, her form always in a mode ready to fight and defend herself. It looked like a relaxing pose, her paws simply spread a little wider than usual for quick movement. Her neck was done in omega stance, and easy excuse for her to defend her throat if he should be stupid enough to try something when he was seeking a home here. So yes an omega, still a step ahead of him, so he had better watch his attitude or else this little vixen would show him up.
