Devil’s Angel was heading further into the territory, back to the place she called her sanctuary and a true home, but the lass didn’t make it far. No, the new scent of a stranger stopped her, just when she thought she was done with all the loners another had to show. Vanilla toned paws found themselves already changing directions as her torso followed suit. The sun had been gone for a little while, long enough for it to become pitch black and to make her almost an invisible shadow to creep up on someone. A moon, high up in the sky may be the only thing to save them this night as it gave an occasional glimpse of her feminine form. It wasn’t long and that light source was soon covered up, by clouds she presumed since the tree line she was under now prevented her form seeing. When she arrived, she remained hidden from sight in the vegetation so she could see the challenger before she appeared in sight, that is if she made an appearance. The different colored titan before her held some scars upon his torso, showing that he obviously hadn’t had an easy life but then who ever does? All anyone can do is show them off, like the few she had, to let everyone know she was no wolf to pull shit on. The light scent of scarlet liquid was explained from the blood at his muzzle and the smell of his prey. This guy didn’t seem to be affected by the scenery around here, so perhaps he would fit in. Not affected by the darkness or the dead corpses lining the border in warning.
Sometimes she could peg others when she saw then, simply by the way they looked, acted, talked, and all that other crap. This guy, he seemed to have had a troubled past from the way his orbs dared anyone to approach, the scars on his body, the way he was ready to defend himself at any time. Odd, she thought she was the only one that did that whole warrior alert stance around here. Refreshing…but interesting. Would his past be like hers? Probably not, no one’s story was ever the same. Another thing she noticed was the way he held his head high, as if he was determined, and not just full of pride. However, on that one she couldn’t be sure, in fact she couldn’t be positive on any of these they were just guesses. It was like being one of those homicide personality detectives. Who really knew what was going on in someone else’s minds? Hell, she would like to meet him and prove that wolf wrong. The hunter before her dark and light colored frame also had an aura of danger, a kind of look don’t touch feature but it didn’t make Devil think that. No, it was the exact opposite effect really, it made the lass want to push him to the limit to see just how much he could handle, or what he would do for that matter. She wanted to know because this brute could possibly become her future alpha in a really short matter. Something else that concerned her was that he was young, about her age, but Eric had been like that. The wolf who thought he was a vampire, the one who ruled when she first joined, was maybe a little bit older than her.
Young wolves have proven themsleves it in the past, she supposed this titan should get a chance as well. There was one scar that really stood out to her chocolate jewels as she got a better view of him. It went from the lips of his jaw all the way up to his left eye, really standing out in his face features. She could just imagine how it would scare other wolves away, especially when he smiled, making it look like a crooked smile that went way more than lopsided. A lot worse than any clown. Devil’s Angel had seen worse, so it didn’t bother her and she didn’t show any notice to it, other than maybe curiosity on how it came to be there. Her detector could pick up where he had slightly came pass the border, and the claw marks she saw where he stood showed that he had to have put on the brakes. So she didn’t begrudge him his slight mishap over the border, or else she would have had to challenge him for crossing into her home. She may be the only wolf around these days, maybe no back up for a border fight but she was still willing to do what she had to. Her instincts would always be there because she will always be apart of this pack. No matter who came or went, and since Red Star she had been the longest staying member here. Hell, she knew these lands better than anyone else, her mind knew this place like the back of her paw. Almost right when she arrived he howled, her form still hidden from view even as he continued on with a wicked snarl. Smirking, she allowed her form to come into view as she approached the border line.
I really hope your bite is worse than your bark tough guy.
Her voice was cool, the tone a soft sound like most fatales’ would be, as she aimed a half serious half joking barb at him. Now that she was closer, she could see that his lookers were dark, probably a brown or black coloring. Still watchful of the challenger, she circled around him to get a better view of his build to see if he was built as a fighter, runner, or everything. Devil’s Angel made sure to keep a bit of distance, so she would know if he would attack her. It was obvious she wasn’t the alphess here, just another low solider doing her job. Maybe the lass could include that she was curious too, but it also hadn’t gotten her killed yet. Would this brute do the honor? Well, this goddess wasn’t exactly a damsel in distress, and she would probably take him down too with her. For now, her curiosity of him being a candidate for her next alpha was at the top of her mind. What was this guy about, that was the main question.
