The fem wasn't far behind her two daughters. The news had shaken her to the bones, the white striped fem had wanted to charge up the mountain herself and kill whoever it was who ended her mate's life. Strider, the only other she had loved, the male who was her mate and the only one she thought would be able to tame her rebellious heart. The silver eyed fem had been stopped however by the tigress Makurayami, and though she didn't like it, the tigress spoke sense in her words. Rebel was well aware if she went up the mountain she would have died as well, and left all of her children and have killed the small pups that were still un-showing in her own stomach. Rebel moved slowly down towards the river, her eyes grieve stricken her son Axel, bloodied as well from his bought with two wolves of ice in a dual battle with Roy. He never healed, but his fur had clotted around the wounds stopping most of the bad bleeding. The two brutes him and his brother had battled were none other than his own half siblings, not that Axel or Roy realized that during the fight.

Axel wasn't so to speak very sad. He wasn't happy either, but Strider, though he was a father, preferred Achilles over all the rest of them and tended to ignore the fact that he had two other sons just as eager and willing to train with him. It didn't matter now. Axel had trained himself, Roy with that Earth pack wolf. The brute had grown into a big male, he wasn't overly tall, but he was bulky. The wounds on his face, leg and neck hurt fairly bad, leaving him with a mild gimp whenever he put weight on his hind leg. It would heal he was certain. The golden eyes went around the area scowl on his grey maw.

Rebel finally came to the clearing where her mate was laying dead on the makeshift raft. As was his tradition he was going to be burned. She thought about trying her hand at the other life blessing, but with no spirit there was nothing to bring life too... She knew he wouldn't be coming back, she would be alone. The black and white fem crumpled at the sight of him. The rage boiling up inside leaving her in an mix emotion furry that left her growling and crying at the same time. She hated them. She hated them all! Axel ignored his mother, in fact he was quite passive, though he wondered where on earth Sparrow and Roy had gone...
