Misty Mountain is opposite of Rainbow Cliff. Mists hover year-round at this high altitude, mistaken by some to be thin clouds. Thin layers of snow cover the mountain, making some areas slippery and hazardous.

Some think it romantic, a place to bring their mates, while others come to play and romp. However, all must agree that there is some level of mystery and spookiness hovering about with the mists...

She hadn't been sitting for too long on the secluded mountain, looking back and forth nonchalantly, as if to tell the creeper that she didn't know they were there. Only when an ivory figure, masked with ebon, stepped out of the bushes so calmly, asking if Ellesmera was "ready to go". It was a great line to start a kidnapping. Too good.For a second, Elle gave no response, but then her legs set in motion and began to propel her away. Suddenly, she stopped. Who would miss her if she went off to some place unkown? As long as it wasn't painful. She turned around and stared the other ess right in the eyes. "Yeah, sure. Let's go."
