"No, I don't think you have met her." Torment's mouth twitched at the thought of Decoy and Fang in the same room. That should be... interesting, at least. The pair would get on like a house on fire- there might be no survivors. Her sister had a habit of treating other people as objects, at least until they earned her respect. That generally took a while, and was rather difficult to come by. Still, they'd have to get along, for Torment's sake. She thought. She hoped. Maybe.

"Of course they will be. They're ours." Torment joked, with a wicked grin. She got to her feet, stretching out thin limbs and yawning. She needed to feed, she could tell by the tight emptiness of her belly- since she'd been carrying pups her appetite had certainly increased. Still, she'd have plenty of time to hunt later. For now, she turned her attention back to the den.

"Hmm." she glanced at the den with a frown on her face. "No... It's good, but it doesn't feel right. And if there was heavy rainfall, what with it so close to the river..." she trailed off with a worried frown. "I'm sure we could find a good spot. What about on the mountain? There are a fair amount of caves and crevices up there that might be good. Or wherever you think, really..."

Fang wasn't the only one feeling nervous about the responsibilities of children. He should try carrying them, she thought grimly; the nausea was unpleasant, not to mention being kept awake by the endless kicking. Did they never sleep, these pups? Still, she had faith in herself, and her mate. Though they were not long reunited, Torment thought these pups would bind them together, rather than push them apart.
