Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

Gamma of Bright Moon

Boarder patrol was as boring as ever. The foul mood that had shown its self while I welcomed a lad still hung over my head. I sighed and pushed all thought from my head. My insomnia was starting to really wear on my bodice but there was nothing I could do. My pads were hitting the ground in a hypnotic rhythm as I walked along. I had just gotten up from an attempt at sleep-- one to no avail as per usual-- and my muscles felt tense. To loosen them up I pushed my gait into a steady jog.

Note to self: get some food soon. The grim thought was paired with a nice, loud grumble from my stomach. I heard the birds chirping lightly and caught sight of one as it took flight. A quick lick of my chops at the nearly impossible(for me at least) prospect of catching a bird and eating it. I quickly shook my head, these thoughts only made the hunger worse. Continuing on my patrol, I held my audits at attention atop my skull, listening for any sign of a wolf. My nares twitched as I scented the air, keeping my nose informed on what my eyes and ears couldn't detect.

A vaguely familiar smell touched my olfactories and it took me a minute to place it. Finally I realized that the odor belonged to the pack fae who had been with me at the encounter with Kershov and Abendrot. The memory made me shudder as I changed course to her direction. Once she was in view, another memory of her piqued at my mind. You're the girl after Raylen, aren't you? I had stopped a few yards from the female who appeared to be deep in thought, her brow furrowed. I had probably scared her but sometimes I couldn't help but speak before thinking. I took a couple tentative steps toward her as I noticed the sad confusion on her face. Hey, are you alright? What's wrong? I stood there, not really knowing what to do. Should I go up to her and comfort her or what? Since I didn't know the answer, I just stood there looking dumb and waiting for her to say something.

vengafeather, a remake, as best as i could do, of the wonderful picture that Minnie had made me. since Venga's a Gamma now, i figured it would be a good time to fix her photo so it matches her slogan.(:
