His tail drooped at her hostility. A fighter, eh? He thought. I still have to wait. He circled her as well, his footsteps nearly silent and calm on the slick ground.

"Because I think I have the right to know. I told you mine."

He wanted to give her the impression that he was stubborn, yet he also wanted to gain her trust. Her scent lingered in his nose, taunting him and nearly making her lunge once more. He stood his ground and a few thoughts slipped into his mind. A smirk grew on his face as he watched her, showing off her scars.
