It was all too real now. Bandido long gone, off to take her rightful play among the mountain ranks no less. Taniku wasn't worried, soon she would be venturing off there to wonder and become another elusive tiger in the mist. They would cross paths again, it was just not time for Taniku to disappear. So many still needed her and the tiger had a reputation for appearing when one needed. It was a strange habit of hers, she didn't go looking for them she would simply as always be wondering around taking in the still life and enjoying the quiet. She was Taniku however old, how ever long and how ever many times a mother. The green tigress was littered with a darker forest green stripping, her mint belly coat and pink noes and pads, her spring green heart nearly shrinking as she learned to control both her emotions and her ambitions. Her vividly green eyes intimidating from time to time. Mostly Taniku appeared tougher than she was, she may have been blessed many times over but she was definitely not the showcaser of power. Those were her friends. Other mountain rankings that so readily bestowed blessings on others as they earn them, many knew not of her ability to gift...she wasn't a braggart. She was simply the pack tiger.

The sky was light pink and red as the sun was setting. There was a light breeze from the east that smelled of snow. Her fur danced in the wind and Taniku smiled at the thought. There was only one reason she ever came to Traydon River. Fish! Fish fish fish fish fish. The tigress chuckled to herself as she moved towards the bank. The fish, as always never noticed the winter. They seemed happy to swim forever in this river, teeming and thriving in whatever magic the land provided. Taniku sighed...fishing was her therapy. NO matter the bad that happened in the past, or that was destined to happen in the future right now was peace.

She stepped into the water shivered a bit from the cold on her paws. She didn't warm up right away, Taniku enjoyed the har####ies of nature...so she endured the iciness of the river. She let her body relax, enticed the fish near. this was her favorite technique...fishing as if she was a reed in the water. There was one always a curious one...no it didn't kill the cat, curiosity fed this cat. There was a splash, and some trickling sounds and Taniku emerged with a bass. Salmon was long gone by now so Bass would have to do. It wasn't a large one, those long dead from spawning but still this young one was nice sized considering. She took a chomp and tossed the now limp fish on the shore and continued her hunt. A technique many years in the practice she was able to success fully catch 4 more, almost 80% accurate...she came ashore to eat.

Not right away a fire had to be made. Taniku Left the fish to gather some wood...this would make it much easier to warm if outside was as warm as she was. Off into the nearby woods she went...she was sure she would be back soon so leaving the fish wasn't such a big deal to the large Siberian Tigress.
