Romance is in the air...this is probably the most beautiful and scenic place in Blossom Forest. For the athletic and determined to come with their mates, for time away from pups. Only adults may come here; some of the ledges are too far apart for teens or pups to cross and some too high to scale.

How lonely is the night without the howl of the wolf?
IP: 94.170.199.94

The air around the cliff was starting to become colder than it had been previously. If it wasn’t for the lass’ thick coat she would have probably frozen. The conversation with Firestar was starting to fade, shortly after his sister was mentioned. The lass, in all honesty, was slightly disappointed. It seemed that every male she came into contact with started off interested in her but soon after just up sticks and left. The timber hued ess sighed before getting up from the place she was previously sat and walking away. It was getting later in the afternoon and soon she would have to be getting back to her pack.

As the lass started to make her way down the cliff a triumphant howl made its way to her audettes. Amber orbs that were once concentrating on the floor, shot up to find out where the song was coming from. Its place of origin was higher than the point she was at now and the wolfess looked up to see a figure stood on a high, yet very slender precipice. Half heartedly the female turned round and headed back the way she had come from. Where ever the howl was coming from it sounded exciting and adventurous, which was what the femme had been looking for in the first place.

Slowly and silently the femme made her way towards the origin of the howl, but the closer she got the trickier it started to become. The lass stopped looking up to see a chestnut brown wolf stood at the highest point of the cliff. Although he looked about the size of an adult he was a young one at that. Though she was slender and the right size for a female Channing found the ground beneath her paws was becoming un- stable and so she stopped and stayed were she was. She wasn’t about to go risking her life, especially not for someone she didn’t know.

Channing sat down on her haunches, her tail twitching behind her. She gazed up at the wolf above her, not knowing if- by the scent she gathered was a he- the wolf was friendly or going to attack. Keeping her guard up the lass shouted up to the male. “I’d be careful if I was you. You don’t want to go falling now do you?” Her voice was calm and welcoming but also tough and stern like a mother. If he didn’t already know, he would now that she wasn’t ready for any messing.

After speaking to the mysterious wolf above her, holding his body like the king of the world, Channing gave her neck a rest from stretching. Her eyes gazed over the scenery just like, it seemed, he was doing to. The lass’ ears swivelled listening to each and every sound. Realising she could be a bit more inviting the lass turned her head back to the lad and smiled. “By the way, I’m Channing.” Her banner swayed from side to side, before she cast her gaze back over the view. It really was beautiful up here.
