Recognised is what she was, the strange girl that lingered in the shadows of Jaidah. The moment she stepped foot into Ruvindra's gaze, the female's lavender gaze lingered and raked over her frame; though grown, changed, Ruvindra understood. It had been the very female that had been sworn at some point to Ruvindra's second born, Elric - her golden child. Perhaps there was a stab of pain somewhere within her as she watched the female examine the kill closely and yet, she did not react to such a thing if it had been there. Instead, she remained motionless with her own head tilted in observation of the younger female. Instead, she merely laughed quietly beneath her breath at the female's request, taking another short stride forward to examine the kill herself. From where Seren stood, she could see the true macabre of it, her eyes lighting up slightly as she looked on. To be able to break the leg of another, or maim their face with tooth was one thing but to truly destroy something was... it was art in a strange way. An art that Jaidah had seemingly perfected and one that captivated Ruvindra's attention. She had injured, yes, and perhaps even killed but never had she truly obliterated something.

"The young," she coos back to Jaidah, her voice quiet and low as if a secret kept between just them, and yet her gaze flickers to Seren as if to include her, "They are not safe from me, no."

Enthralled, she was, by the strangeness between Seren and Jaidah. Perhaps eons ago she would have recoiled, sent Seren away from her son but now... now she only wished that her golden child was around to examine the grey and crimson that lay before Seren. With keen interest, she leaned in slightly closer, flashing the younger female a glance if only for a moment before examining the pieces from her position. There had been another sudden cry though; shrill, powerful and yet, familiar. With slow grace, her head raised and her gaze floated along the horizon in search of the culprit and no sooner than she had began her search did the slinking form of her companion come into view. Even in her state, she was a beautiful creature; graceful, petite with all the womanly wiles in the world and at her approach, Ruvindra's ear flattened back and her tail waved behind her as if she were welcoming her very mate, or perhaps a pack member. She reached out, ignoring the others for a moment and allowing Jaidah to speak as her pink tongue lashed out and rolled across Fatality's muzzle; she cleaned her companion, checking her for wounds momentarily before settling back onto her haunches and retracting.

There, the lily lay, at her feet and she could not help but flash a small grin to both Seren and Jaidah, as if some kind of gloat. With Fatality grooming the prize, she too lowered herself to her belly and began to run her tongue along the small piece, revealing the previously glossy pelt beneath. For some moments, they remained in their silence; the girl observing, Jaidah feasting and the two others cleaning their newest addition. It did not take long to remove the blood and grime for Fatality was an efficient killer and with her new found skill, Ruvindra remained clean and angelic though her blunt claws and paws were marred with flecks of crimson.

It would have been almost postcard perfect; four beautiful wolves atop the crater's rim. It would have made for the perfect scene had it not been for the macabre that lay beneath them.

"Here - look at ours, look at Fatality's," she called finally to Seren, motioning to the corpse before her and offering the girl an easy smile, "What is it you wish to see? The skull?"

Her head tilted, gaze meeting the girl's for a moment before flickering back to Fatality, her tail thumping behind her once before she spoke again, her voice gentle.

"Will we show this girl?" she queried, head tilted and face alight in a questioning smirk. Fatality would know - she would understand, and she possessed the skills to make it so. They would strip the skin from the skull and though removing the flesh remained a trickier method - they would make do. After all, the girl had a special spot deep down in Ruvindra's heart and for that, she wished to do something.

Just like that, though, silence fell once more before them and like the night itself, darkness slid forward towards them. At the slightest sound of a foreign foot fall, Ruvindra's head snapped in the direction of the intruder; instantly, her ears cupped forward and her gaze landed on the darkened form of Tobias. She had almost forgotten the boy had it not been for Trenus' constant reminder. The boy who had sought her very blood the very day she pulled Lucian from his throne. But now... he was tall, taller than she and thick with muscle that even outweighed his scars. Though she did not move as he passed, her ears pressed back against her skull and lips twitched through instinct. She was dominant by nature and though it hit a nerve to refrain from such displays, she knew better. She knew better than the challenge the boy that had slain so many. After all, the mention of the word mother changed the persistent twitch in her lip to a slight smile as her gaze drifted slowly back to Jaidah who chewed happily upon her meal. Dinner and a show, or so it seemed.
