Romance is in the air...this is probably the most beautiful and scenic place in Blossom Forest. For the athletic and determined to come with their mates, for time away from pups. Only adults may come here; some of the ledges are too far apart for teens or pups to cross and some too high to scale.

The first thing Carressa would have thought to do in a strange place would be to find someone to talk to but this was completely different. Carressa went towards the tall mountains she saw off in the distance but wasn’t sure if her thin Spanish coat would keep her warm enough on the snowcapped giants, with that thought in mind Carressa stopped in her tracks and sat pondering on the idea. Where shall I go to get inner peace, and quietness to reflect on the days’ work, just then another thought came to mind where would she stay for the night. Carressa pushed the thought from her mind that was for later not now, after pulling her feet back underneath her slender frame and a few flick of her banner she turned slightly to Rainbow Cliff where it would be warmer to her liking. Carressa loved to be warm, not hot not cold not cool, warm it made everything seen okay for her. She liked when the sun on chilly days would warm her brown coat, and having the shiny glint on it she also liked. On warm days Carressa would sit next to a river or lake and feel the wind coming off it, hot days she loved to lie in cool grass underneath trees or wade into the shallow.

There had been no one who could understand the femme’s feelings or desires, they were all too caught up in what was going on with themselves or with others, to give Carressa the attention she full-heartedly thought she deserved and know she wanted. Her mother and father hated this about her they said it was her worst trait but she just thought of it as her "little" imperfection. But who cared what they thought was this and was that about her she never cared for what others had to say about her, it’s what they thought deep inside and she was always trying to find it. They all thought she was insane because no matter what the girl did she was always tempting something, everyday trying to live her life to the fullest, taking every minute she had and making it an hour, hours into days and days into life times. At moments when things got rough of wolves got mean the tender touch of Carressa could fix a broken man and build a strong child.

It had been a while since she had been in the comfort of another, maybe that’s what she should do first is find another. But that involves taking away ones attention from her, so she continued on her way to the Rainbow Cliffs keeping a sight for any small creatures that might be running around, for a quick snack of course. Before she had seen it she felt it, she felt the huge rock formation hit her and well quite frankly it hurt. Gawking at how tall and massive the cliff stood, with careful observation Carressa leaped from the ground in such a manner, she knew exactly when each paw left the dry dirt. Now on the first rock ledge it was almost a game, to see how quickly and perfect she could leap from each. The next rock she jump to she rated as a nine for how well she got to it and how steady she landed but when she landed she happened to dislodge a small stone, it made her think why, how, and where it was before. The rest were pieces of cake, with small four to five foot gaps no biggy, but no heaven forbid the last one would be the hardest there was no other way to get on to the top. With all her might the Spanish wolf leaped up and clasps the rock with her fore legs, she tried to get a hold but her front paws kept slipping closer and closer to the edge. At last her back legs got into a small crevasse which allowed her to push herself up the rest the way.

Climbing to the sun bathed slick rock the she laid herself out upon the flat surface to scan her surroundings. Small sprouts of fresh spring grass was popping up in between the layers of sediment looking like weeds in human side walks paved in the city, few trees grew on the cliff but the ones that did were nourished kindly by the melted ice seeping down Misty Mountain. They held lush overgrowth and thick canopies, an assortment of winged colors flew in and out of the green and over the top of Carressa. Watching the small creatures fly Carressa rolled to her side, for a beautiful overlook of Blossom Forest and the warmth on her offside. With that the she dozed into a light sleep, blanketed with sunlight and covered in warmth.

A magical place slowly slid out of the black a place similar to Blossom Forest just different fire engulfed everything in its path pups were yelping others were barking trying to run with their chard and burnt black and bloody legs. Carressa ran from everything she had come to know in the few days of being in Blossom. She was scared the fire was going to burn off her pelt, and boil her blood and bake her skin, she ran as fast as she could there was nowhere she could hide to escape this. Carressa felt she wasn’t getting to anywhere but stuck in place waiting for the flames to catch up to her. Slowly killing, melting her to nothing but bone, to be buried in ash and forgotten by none. With a gasp the distressed a faya jumped to her feet, she wasn’t sure why but she was hot and dripping in sweat. There was a print of saturated water and salts on the rock in a perfect shape of Carressa, deciding to make her way under the sapling the she arranged herself underneath it for another try at a nights’ sleep. It come easy those flames, the orange hue with a red overlay it was all too familiar to Carressa having endured it once was nothing she wanted a part of again. With a golden moon and cloud lacing covering the sky the fea howled into it letting the land know of her position in the night.
